Kicks Does Comedy

New for 2022, The UK Kids’ Comedy Festival has partnered with Leicester City in the Community to pilot Kicks Does Comedy, a new comedy school and showcase at the King Power Stadium.

This year, the project is delivering a series of workshops to Year 7s and 8s at Castle Mead Academy – who will go on to perform a variety show on Friday 11th February 2022.

Kicks Does Comedy is part of Leicester City in the Community’s Premier League Kicks provision, a programme of constructive activities, including a wide variety of sports, coaching, music and educational and personal development sessions aiming to increase extra-curricular participation and reduce anti-social behaviour in the communities it serves.
